"Experiencing Emotional Freedom" - Program for Professionals

We welcome professionals to a program exploring the topic of 'Experiencing Emotional Freedom'.

Negative emotions like anger, jealousy, fear , guilt, envy greatly impair our productivity at work. The whirlwind of emotions do not allow us to achieve our optimum potential. Life would be easy if we could be free from these.

Let us explore techniques to manage our emotions in this program. The program would also provide tools like meditation which can be practiced by anyone.
