Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thoughts in specific, positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving place.
Whether or not you know how to meditate, you can still help radiating peace, love and care to the world. The energies are enhanced when all of us send out the same positive thoughts into the universe. You are invited to spend 60 minutes of your time on the third Sunday of each month at 6:30 pm (local time wherever you are). You can do this anywhere - at home , workplace, in a garden or public park - choose a comfortable place and channelise your thoughts to help bring peace and love in the world.
